Samdech Techo Hun Sen issues a sub-decree on the authority, role and procedures in the implementation of the Petroleum Inspection Officer
(Phnom Penh): Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia, has issued a sub-decree on the authority, roles and procedures for the implementation of petroleum inspectors.
The sub-decree obtained by Fresh News on January 6, 2022 states that this sub-decree applies to the inspection of all activities in the oil sector in accordance with the Law on the Management of Petroleum and Petroleum Products, the relevant legal regulations and Sustainability.
