Four university rectors have been awarded the title of "Duke" by the King
(Phnom Penh): The Rector of four universities has been issued a Royal Decree by His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, to confer the title of "Duke". This is according to the Royal Decree received by Fresh News on the afternoon of January 5, 2022.
The four rectors who have been given the title of "Duke" include:
* First: Mr. Duong Leang, Rector of Asia-Europe University
* Second: Mr. Te Laurin, Rector of Western University
* Third: Mrs. Tep Kolap, Rector of Phnom Penh International University
* 4th: Mr. Heng Vanda, Rector of Vanda University of Accounting.
