 (Phnom Penh): Another 337 former Cambodian students studying abroad around the world today issued an open letter demanding that Mr. Sam Rainsy, the leader of the illegal opposition group, publicly apologize for insulting Mr. Hun Manet's foreign degree.

 The open letter states: "We, the alumni of the doctoral, master's and higher education programs who have graduated abroad, express our deepest disappointment and regret to the old politicians.
