Samdech Heng Samrin Celebrates the 43rd Anniversary of the January 7 Victory Day and May the Spirit of National Liberation Day be in the Hearts of All Citizens
(Phnom Penh): On January 7, 2022, this is the 43rd anniversary of the January 7 victory. January 7 Victory is the day that all Cambodians are free from the genocidal regime thanks to the efforts of the CPP leadership. Every Cambodian has posted a message on social media to celebrate this victory day (January 7, 1979-January 7, 2022).
Samdech Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin, Honorary President of the Cambodian People's Party and President of the National Assembly, also posted a message on his official Facebook page to celebrate the victory day. Celebrating the 43rd Anniversary of the January 7 Victory Day on January 7, 2022 This is the 43rd anniversary (January 7, 1979 - January 7, 2022) that Cambodia as well as the people of the whole country were liberated. From the dark genocidal regime (Democratic Kampuchea) that ruled the country from 1975 to 179, millions of innocent lives were lost, and the entire nation was devastated.
The Cambodian People's Party, with the support of close friends, liberated the country and the lives of its people on January 7, 1979. January 7, 1979 is considered by the Cambodian people as his second birthday. No January 7, 1979, no today. After January 7, 1979, the people regained their full rights and freedoms, and the whole nation began to build peaceful development in all fields until today.
Cambodia now has prestige and prestige on the international stage and has been actively involved in building peace and sustainable development, solidarity of the people in the region and internationally through various international forums, both in the legislative and non-legislative spheres. In 2022, the Cambodian Parliament will chair the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA), while the Royal Government will chair ASEAN (ASAEN).
