BREAKING: Vietnam finds 19 '55,553 new Kovid cases', including 2,791 in Hanoi and 240 new deaths
HANOI: The Vietnamese Ministry of Health on Saturday announced 16,553 new cases of Kovid 19 in the last 24 hours. This was released by Viet Nam News on the night of January 8, 2022.
Of the above new cases, 40 were imported cases and the rest were community cases. Hanoi, which is currently the epicenter of the outbreak, covered 2,791 new cases today, while Ho Chi Minh City reported 436 cases. The provinces with the highest number of cases are Khánh Hòa (798 cases), Hải Phòng province (748 cases) and Binh Nhanh province (742 cases).
In a report on Saturday, the Vietnamese Ministry of Health also announced 240 new cases of Kovid 19.
As of the night of January 8, 2022, Vietnam had a total of 1,876,394 cases of Kovid-19 infection, of which 1,488,038 patients were cured and the total number of deaths. 34,117 people.
