The ceremony was held on the morning of January 05, 2022, yesterday, with the participation of Mr. Ouk Prachea, led by the working group of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, Commerce, Mrs. Born Sophy, Deputy Governor, Representative of the Governor of Kampong Chhnang, District Governor. Kampong Leng, a total of 126 civil servants, teachers and students and a group of peace-loving youth.
The purpose of planting this tree is to participate in the rehabilitation of flooded forest areas in the Tonle Sap Lake area, which the Royal Government has just confiscated from crooks for deforestation and clearing. In addition, to inspire young people to participate in the protection of flooded forests, which are important for fish habitats and spawning fish.
