LONDON (Reuters) - One in 10 people in London in the United Kingdom are likely to be infected with Kovid 19, according to a new official estimate of the status of the new Omicron mutation virus. This is according to the release by Reuters on Friday, December 24, 2021.
A daily sample estimate from the National Bureau of Statistics shows that about 9.5 per cent of Londoners are infected with Kovid 19.
The figures come a day after Britain recorded a record 19 new cases of Kovid as the Omicron virus spread across the country, bringing the number of daily cases to 119,789. Never.
